The Teal Game for the SHE Gynaecological Cancer Group in memory of Jo Harris for 2026 won't soon be forgotten with the Tasmania JackJumpers beating the Brisbane Bullets 114-70 for the club's biggest ever NBL score and win.
Friday night was the special occasion of the annual Teal Game in conjunction with the Harris family to raise funds and awareness for the SHE Gynaecological Group, and it was quite the memorable night by the finish.
Already in the first six minutes and the JackJumpers had five three-pointers on the board with three of those from Nick Marshall who was on the way to going 5/5 from downtown for 17 points in the first quarter for his career-best night.
Tasmania were leading 33-14 by quarter-time and in the finish the final margin of 44 was the biggest of the game as they took a giant leap towards securing sixth position improving to 14-17 and to remain wins and percentage ahead of the Illawarra Hawks (11-18) and New Zealand Breakers (11-19).
It was the best offensive night in the history of the JackJumpers as they put up the 114 points on the back shooting 60 per cent from the field with 16/33 at 48 per cent from three-point territory and 12/15 at the foul line with 30 assists to top it off opposed to just seven turnovers.
Marshall had the best night of his 109-game NBL career and he finished with 31 points on a supremely efficient 12/13 shooting from the field and 7/8 from three-point range to go with six rebounds and three assists.
Five other players also scored in double-figures with Josh Bannan enjoying playing against his former team once more with 18 points, nine rebounds and four assists.
Tyger Campbell made 3/5 from downtown for 15 points with three rebounds, three assists and two steals while Nick Stoddart also took his chances for 11 points, three boards, three assists and two steals on 5/7 field goal shooting.

It was a tough night for the Bullets who already were without a host of important players before losing Tristan Devers and Alex Ducas to injury in the first half.
Hunter Maldonado finished with 18 points, Mitch Norton 17, Taine Murray nine, Jacob Holt nine and Tohi Smith-Milner nine.
It was a stunning three-point barrage from the JackJumpers in the first quarter with David Johnson hitting the first and then Nick Marshall made his first to make it an 8-2 start for the home team.
Marshall then knocked down another three in quick time and when Johnson nailed his second from beyond the arc, the JackJumpers were leading 17-5.
Marshall made two more in a remarkable opening quarter performance either side of one from Anthony Drmic before Majok Deng also got in on the act and suddenly by quarter-time the JackJumpers were well in control leading 33-14.
Nick Stoddart then scored Tasmania's first four points of the second quarter and then soon after the JackJumpers went on a 12-0 scoring run that included three-pointers to Johnson and Tyger Campbell as the lead ballooned out to 27 points.
Campbell hit another three-pointer soon after with the lead growing to 28 and by half-time the JackJumpers were leading 57-31 on the back of 23 points from Marshall and nailing 12/20 from three-point land as a team.
Tasmania then put up the first five points of the third quarter including a fifth triple of the game from Campbell and soon after they went on another 10-0 run to push the lead out to 36.
Stoddart and Deng then had and-one plays and Drmic nailed another outside bomb with the JackJumpers advantage to 81-48 by three quarter-time.
There was no let up in the fourth quarter either from the JackJumpers as they put up another 27 points on the way to setting a new franchise high with the 114 points for the game and to secure the biggest winning margin to the tune of 44 in the finish.
The JackJumpers now have two games in their regular season to go starting next Saturday on the road to the South East Melbourne Phoenix before playing host to the Illawarra Hawks on Wednesday February 18.
