The Tasmania JackJumpers have made history by qualifying for the 2021/22 Hungry Jack’s NBL Finals in the club’s inaugural season, after finishing fourth in the standings at the conclusion of the regular season.
Game 2 of the three game Semi-final Series will be held as a JackJumpers home game at MyState Bank Arena this Saturday 30th April 2022, with tip-off at 8.00pm.
Here’s what you need to know to be part of history in the 2021/22 Hungry Jack's NBL Finals!
When do tickets go on sale?
Well that depends on whether you’re part of our Ant Army! Our valued JackJumpers members will get priority access to tickets for the Semi-Final game at MyState Bank Arena.
To be eligible to access the Member pre-sale you must have one of the below 21/22 NBL Season memberships which have been allocated into two ‘priority groups’ (P1 and P2).

MyState Bank Customers will be able to access a priority access window on Thursday 27th April. Customers should ensure they are signed up to the MyState Bank mailing list via their account.
Remaining General Public tickets will go on sale on Friday 29th April at 9.00am, subject to availability.
How many tickets can I purchase and how do I do it?
Members will be supplied with one unique code per membership by 5.00pm Tuesday 26th April. Each code will entitle them to purchase one ticket. i.e. if you have a family of 5 membership, you will receive 5 codes, enabling you to purchase 5 tickets to the semi-final game.
To purchase multiple tickets at once, enter each code once separated by a line break into the entitlement password box.
Once you have entered your code and go through to the purchase screen do not exit this screen or go back. If you do this your code will be blocked for 20 minutes.
Can I sit in my usual membership seat?
Unfortunately not, Finals is a whole new ball game and you will need to select available seats from the Arena map. Hot tip: try not to leave individual seats empty when selecting seats. We want a 100% full Arena when we face Melbourne United!
I’m having ticketing issues, who do I contact?
All ticketing is being facilitated by Ticketek and MyState Bank Arena, for any issues with purchasing finals tickets please contact the MyState Bank Arena on 8691 0800 or email enquiries@mystatebankarena.com.au.
I’m a member that fits into the P1 or P2 membership categories above, but I didn’t get a code.
If you are a member and do not receive an email or code by 5.00pm Tuesday 26th April, please contact the JackJumpers on 6144 9200 or email membership@jackjumpers.com.au
Sadly, I’m not a member. Can I still get tickets?
Remaining General Public tickets will go on sale on Friday 29th April at 9.00am, subject to availability.
Can I buy a membership to get priority access?
Unfortunately not. Of course, we appreciate everyone’s support and cannot wait to have a full Arena this Saturday and have plenty of support from those watching on ESPN.
How quickly will tickets sell?
This is the hottest ticket in town! Be quick, but please be patient when your sale window opens up.
What happens if I miss out on tickets?
You can still support the Team for all Tasmanians by tuning in on ESPN via Kayo and Foxtel as well across social media. Stay tuned for Live Site viewing party locations where you can join other JackJumpers fans to watch the game.
