The JackJumpers got back on the winners list with a much needed victory over Cairns at home last week and will look to continue the momentum as they head to Brisbane.

Tasmania brought in big man Tom Vodanovich during the week to replace an injured Majok Deng, and as back up for key bigs Will Magnay and Marcus Lee.

He’ll bring size, toughness and grit to the JackJumpers line up, a team he’s had some feisty battles with during his time with Sydney King and New Zealand.

Brisbane are riding high after an upset win over Sydney Kings on Sunday in which their own new addition, import Casey Prather, showed glimpses of brilliance as the Bullets look to revive their season and make a run for play offs.

Brisbane moved into sixth position at the end of Round 14 with the 101-93 win over Sydney, a first at Qudos Bank Arena since 2017, and there was plenty to like about the performance.

Tasmania has broke its Launceston hoodoo in a frantic final quarter win over Brisbane.

The Tasmania JackJumpers snapped the Brisbane Bullets' three-game winning streak with a nail-biting 87-85 win on the back of a rejuvenated Milton Doyle. 

After a quiet few games and just seven points against the same opposition last-start, import Doyle top-scored with 24 points as Tasmania bounced back from two-straight defeats for the Round 6 win.
