Take your game to the next level with personalised training with the JackJumpers Strength & Conditioning Coach, Harrison Shaw-Gillott.
Over 6 weeks, learn the fundamentals of a High Performance program to elevate your training and conditioning for your chosen sport.
Aimed at developing athletes from 15 years.
The program includes;

1 x 60min 1on1 Coaching Session per week |
|
Individualized 6-week training plan |
|
Initial planning consult and strength assessment |
|
Option for 1 of 2 - 6 Week Blocks |
|
|
|
6 x weekly coaching session 1 per week at an agreed time within the following availability
Monday-Friday – 1pm – 7pm Saturday – 9am – 2pm *Sunday – upon request **(Option to continue training/program beyond initial 6 weeks) |

Atlas Barbell, Kingston Beach
(22-24 Beach Rd, Kingston Beach TAS 7050)

$90/week for 6 weeks
$160 Screening/Programming Fee
Total Upfront - $720 for 6-week Tailored Program
*If continuing - $100/month (Monthly program revisions, weekly monitoring/check-in/option for coaching session when available at extra cost)
**Discounted Atlas Barbell Membership - $20/week
