RECENT FORM 

The JackJumpers have turned their form around in the last week, collecting two road wins to steer their season back on track right in time to enter a challenging festive feast of games.

Scott Roth’s push for David Johnson to be more aggressive paid off in emphatic fashion last Round, as the Tasmania JackJumpers guard turned match-winner in the space of just three minutes in Cairns. Saturday’s game was hanging in the balance with four minutes to play, Tasmania clinging to a slim two-point lead.

The JackJumpers are now 8 wins, 10 losses from the first 12 Rounds and with a much healthier list now, can continue to build into the second half of the season and hit 2026 with force.

The Wildcats' poor performances in Perth continued on Friday night, as the team lost to South East Melbourne by one point.

On this occasion, the hosts led by as many as 16 points, only to lose the second half 51-36. Another worrying sign for the 10-time NBL champions is their second half fades, which has happened in all three of their past home matches against Adelaide, Sydney and South East Melbourne.

Perth are now 10 wins, 9 losses and now travels to Tasmania for their first of five straight road games.
