Tasmania JackJumpers players and coaches will engage with fans across the State’s North and North West during the Bulk Nutrients Preseason Camp from September 2-9.
The JackJumpers will hold a free community clinic on Saturday 3rd September at Burnie Sports Centre, as well as an exclusive Members clinic and player meet and greet on Sunday 4th September at Ulverstone Sports and Recreation Centre, proudly presented by Mazda Tasmania.
“We’re very excited to get back to the State’s north and see the fans up there. They are undoubtedly some of our most passionate supporters and we love being able to see them face to face” CEO Simon Brookhouse said.
“The Sunday clinic will fall on Father’s Day so it’s a great family activity for Dads to enjoy with their kids”.
The entire JackJumpers playing group, coaching staff and front office will be in the State’s North West from Friday to Tuesday for the Bulk Nutrients Preseason Camp during which they will hold the two major clinics as well as a number of school and basketball club visits.
The group’s time in the North West will culminate in the first of two preseason practice games against South East Melbourne Phoenix at Ulverstone Sports and Recreation Centre presented by Begents, where fans are welcome to stay for autographs and photos with players following the game, pending the player’s recovery commitments.
Launceston members will be able to join the JackJumpers coaches and a select group of players in an intimate forum at the Launceston Country Club’s Tonic Bar on Wednesday night.
Northern fans will then see the JackJumpers live when they take on the Phoenix a second time on Thursday night at Elphin Sports Centre in Launceston, presented by Begents.
Members will get first access to tickets to the preseason practice games from 10am Thursday 25th August, before tickets go on sale to the general public from 10am Friday 26th August.
Registrations for the North West clinics are available at https://www.eventbrite.com.au/e/396336903347.
Members should check their email for the exclusive members clinic registration link.
