You are making an offer to buy the advertised item at your bid price. All bids are final.

If your bid price is deemed to be the winning bid at the conclusion of the auction, you are obligated to purchase the item for the nominated bid price.

The successful bidder will be contacted within one business day of the auction closing to arrange payment and collection.

The item can be collected from the JackJumpers Head Office in Hobart during business hours or the item can be delivered by post. Shipping costs are additional to the winning bid price.

Winning bid prices are GST inclusive.

You must not engage in bid manipulation.

If the jersey is not paid for within 48 hours of the bidder being notified of their win, the prize will be forfeited and the Tasmania Jack Jumpers reserve the right to offer the auction item either to the next highest bidder or to re-auction the item.

All bidders must be over the age of 18.
