Statement from CEO Simon Brookhouse

To our valued members that are today feeling the disappointment of missing out on tickets for Grand Final game 2 - we do understand your frustrations.
We also share your frustrations that the ticketing codes for priority 2 pre-sale were an issue and we are once again addressing that with our ticketing provider. However, all members were in the same situation so suffered the same delay.
The success of the JackJumpers in its inaugural year is unprecedented and the reality is that the size of our arena does not allow us to be able to guarantee seats for every member.  Our staff have been working around the clock to ensure that we could release every ticket we possibly could and assist members with their queries.  We all feel for our members that missed out on seats and will review the mandatory seat holds at the end of the season with the NBL and hope to come up with a better solution to align with the size of our arena in future years.

You, our Ant Army, are the backbone of our Club and our players will be relying on you to be cheering them on as they commence their march to Grand Final glory tomorrow night at 7.30pm.
This Club has been built on good character, respect, humility and a very strong desire to Defend the Island.
We will be announcing a number of live sites across the state very shortly so please come together, cheer loudly and get our boys over the line to create a special place in NBL and Australian sporting history.
