What is the schedule for tickets going on-sale?

Do members have access to the regular season reserved seat?

Please note that under the Hungry Jack’s NBL Finals Series conditions, no Members will have access to their regular season reserved seat.

How many tickets can I buy with a member code?

Each member code will allow you to purchase one ticket.  Multiple codes can be used at once to ensure seats are next to each other.

Where can I buy tickets to Game 2 of the Semi-Final Series?

If you have access to the member pre-sale, you will need to use the code supplied on email.  Each code will allow you to purchase one ticket through Ticketek https://premier.ticketek.com.au/shows/Show.aspx?sh=JJFINAL122

What if I want to sit with someone that does not have the same priority window as me?

If you wish to sit with other eligible members from your priority group, we encourage you to nominate a group leader to collect all the codes and enter them at the same time in the ‘Unlock tickets’ box as below.  Each code will need to be on one line.

Do I need a Ticketek Account?

Yes.  To ensure there are no delays during booking, ensure that you have set up your Ticketek account and are logged in at the start of your Priority window.

Tickets are expected to sell fast so be prepared with the category of seating you wish to purchase.

What are the prices for the Semi-Final Series?

Can I buy tickets through the JackJumpers?

No.  Tickets are only available through Ticketek.

Should I open the Ticketek site on multiple devices or tabs?

To help speed up your sale process we do not recommend having multiple browsers/windows/tabs open or attempting to log in via multiple devices.
