Tasmania are coming off arguably one of their best games of the season despite not coming away with the W in Thursday’s thriller at the Silverdome against South East Melbourne Phoenix. The JackJumpers found range in a high scoring affair with Bryce Hamilton leading the way with 36 points in the one point loss (103-102). The JackJumpers found their offensive groove with the 61 points in the first half on 73 per cent field goal shooting and ending up with the 102 points on 53 per cent shooting despite the third straight defeat.

Majok Deng also had 17 points, six rebounds and three steals for Tasmania with Josh Bannan adding 15 points, 10 boards, two assists and two steals.

The side should take confidence from the trip North, and will be hoping to continue the offensive momentum into Saturday. Cleaning up the turnover count will be a high priority, with the JackJumpers giving up the ball 22 times on Thursday.

Brisbane will also be bringing confidence as they head south, with a full week's preparation and will regain inspirational captain Mitch Norton to take on the Tasmania JackJumpers at MyState Bank Arena on Saturday.
It's the second time already the two teams have done battle with the last meeting a first home game of the season for the Bullets. It was a physical, tight and tense battle with the JackJumpers winning 84-82 with some big calls made late as Tyrell Harrison went to battle with former teammates Josh Bannan and Will Magnay.

Bullets captain Norton has been cleared to return from a knee injury that has kept him sidelined since the opening game of the season.
