The Tasmania JackJumpers would like to extend their gratitude to Tom Vodanovich for his contributions during the 2023/24 NBL season.
Vodanovich joined the team mid-season, taking to the court 9 times. The 29-year-old most notably stepped up in the Round 18 win against the Cairns Taipans with a 6-rebound effort as the team found themselves in injury and foul trouble. He also provided championship experience to our roster that helped us through the NBL24 Finals series. However, his contract will not be renewed for NBL25.
While we would love to retain many of our players long-term, we have a limited number of local spots to fill, and unfortunately, Tom won’t be offered a full contract for NBL25.
Vodanovich leaves the club as a 2-time NBL Champion with the Sydney Kings in 2022 and the JackJumpers in 2024. We thank Tom for his efforts and wish him, his wife Jade, and their daughter Leah all the best in their future endeavours.
