JackJumpers reaffirm club values ahead of Game 3

The foundations of the Tasmania JackJumpers are built on a strong culture and good character.

We believe as an organisation that those foundations have helped produce the unprecedented success of the JackJumpers in the club’s inaugural season and will continue to hold the organisation in good stead for many years into the future.

The club wholeheartedly condemns any behaviour that goes against these values.

We urge our fans to be passionate but respectful.

Like the tiny ant we are named after, we are small in size but big in impact, both on the court and in the community. We are humble and hungry and will stay that way regardless of the achievements we are striving for.  

The Tasmania JackJumpers are also proud to represent the club’s fanbase, the Tasmanian people who are hardworking, resilient and parochial.  We are the Team for all Tasmanians, regardless of age, ethnicity, income, background or location, we welcome every person to be part of the JackJumpers family.

We respect the talent of the Sydney Kings and will not be engaging in social media dialogue.

We are extremely pleased that the Sydney Kings have offered to compensate the club for the damage caused by Head Coach Chase Buford during Sunday’s 2021/22 Hungry Jack’s NBL Grand Final Game 2 at MyState Bank Arena.

We look forward to returning to Sydney for Game 3 this Wednesday.
