JackJumpers March into March

The Tasmania JackJumpers have progressed to the 2023/24 NBL Play Offs after defeating Illawarra Hawks in the Seeding Qualifier.

In front of a raucous home crowd at MyState Bank Arena, Tasmania were relentless in Defending the Island, downing the Hawks 92 – 76, to march into March and secure a top 3 finish.

“We’re thrilled to progress to the Play Offs stage for the third straight season. It’s a credit to our players, coaching and high performance staff and entire administration to foster such sustained success both on and off the floor.

“Making finals is not something we take for granted. This state deserves a championship, and we will be relentless in our pursuit of bringing that ultimate prize to the Apple Isle” CEO Christine Finnegan said.

“Our home crowd is without a doubt, the most passionate in the League and opposition teams fear coming here. Our members and supporters are our 6^th man, and we are incredibly grateful and conscious of the role they play and the energy they bring” Finnegan said.

The JackJumpers will now take on the tough road trip to Perth to take on Wildcats in the best of three games Play Off Series 1, beginning with Game 1 on Friday March 8 – 9.30pm AEDT.

Game 1 can be watched live on ESPN via Kayo and Foxtel.

Game 2 will be played 7.30pm AEDT, on Monday 11 March at MyState Bank Arena.

Tickets for Priority 1: 12/14 Game Members will go on sale at 10.00am Friday 1 March, with Priority 2 and 3, and general public tickets to follow in the following time allocations, subject to availability.

Please note each membership is entitled to one ticket per membership. 12/14 Game memberships will get access to their existing membership seats.
