Frequently Asked Questions

Can I transfer my ticket into a different event?
Unfortunately bookings are made for individual events. Our staff will do their best to assist you if the request is made in advance and there's space in a different event, but not all requests can be accommodated. Please contact us at enquiries@jackjumpers.com.au with your request.
Do you offer refunds for a missed session, including illness or injury?
We understand things can come up. While our terms and conditions state we're unable to offer refunds, if advance notice is given we'll do our best to work something out with you. Alternatively, you can re-sell the ticket through the Intix website or transfer it into someone else's name. Please contact us at enquiries@jackjumpers.com.au.
Can I sign my 4-year-old up if the age range starts at 5?
We encourage parents to stick to the age guide, but if you have further questions, please reach out to us at enquiries@jackjumpers.com.au.
Do you have any training for club-level basketballers?
Yes — we offer specialised training programs for club-level basketball players. Check our offerings above for more details.
Can I leave my child at your events unsupervised?
Yes, we supervise them throughout the duration of the session or camp. You're welcome to drop them off and return to collect them at the advertised finish time.
Can I stay and watch my child at your events?
Yes. Parents aren't required to stay, but you're welcome to watch some or all of the session. Seating varies by venue — if this matters to you, check with the JackJumpers before booking. We recommend bringing a coat for most Tasmanian basketball courts!
Can I be on a waitlist when your event is sold out?
Please contact us with your query. If an event is sold out, we'll do our best to contact you if a place becomes available.
Can I add one more child to your sold-out event?
Unfortunately not — the best thing to do is book in early. Once an event is sold out we can't accommodate additional participants, as capacity limits ensure a good experience for everyone.
Will players be there?
Our players and coaches do their best to attend clinics and sessions during the season. Check the event descriptions to see if they're confirmed. Participation depends on their schedules and is never guaranteed.
